My name is Selene, I moved to the valley from Washington state in June of 2021 with my partner and two "kids" (River, a rough collie, and Yuma, a husky). We spend a lot of time at the local parks with our two pups for hiking, birding, and photography.

I have a lifetime of experience in animal care and husbandry, especially with higher maintenance critters! I grew up on a farm with all kinds of livestock and expanded my experience with exotics after moving into my own place as an adult. From insects and axolotls to cattle and alpacas, I've worked with just about any species you could think of!
